• Production: Once your design is approved—or if we do not receive a reply within 24 hours after sending your design preview email—we'll begin production.
• Estimated Delivery: After production begins, your custom printed order will typically be produced and delivered within approximately 5–10 business days.
Tracking
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• Tracking information may take 2–5 business days after shipping confirmation to become active or update.
Returns & Refunds
• Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.
